Return:
You have 14 calendar days to return the item from the date of receipt. We only process returns if the following conditions are met:
Returns at the customer's request: We strive to meet our customers' expectations and to continuously improve the quality of our products. However, if for any reason you decide to return the goods after you have received them, the following applies: - Your goods must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. - Your product must be in its original packaging. - Shipping costs for delivery and return are not covered in this case.
Damage to the goods caused by the delivery process: Our company constantly checks the quality of the goods we send and produces the most reliable shipping packaging. However, we use the services of the post office and other third-party companies to deliver the goods. And we cannot be held responsible for the quality of their work. In order to receive a refund from the transport company and to recover the cost of your purchase, you have to comply with a number of requirements that are almost the same for all carriers. Therefore, we can only give you a full refund if you: - Repair the damage to the packaging and fill in the necessary paperwork (damage report) in the presence of the carrier's representative; - Take a photographic record of the damaged item (damaged box, lid) in the presence of the carrier's representative. - Make us a copy of the damage report (photo); - Send us a notification of the damaged items via the support channel with attached photos and damage report. If, when you received the goods with the damaged packaging, you did not note in the documents that the packaging was damaged, we cannot claim against the carrier later, which means that we cannot compensate you for all the risks you may incur. If the packaging of the goods is intact but you find damage or defects, please make sure you write them down and send us a photo so that we can offer you the best solution.
Product not as described - If you find that the product is not as described, please contact us, clearly stating the reasons and details of the discrepancy and supporting your arguments with a photo - Shipping charges will be refunded if your return is approved.
Refund:
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and inform you of our receipt. We will inform you of the status of the return once we have inspected the item. If your return is approved, we will refund the money to your credit card (or original payment method).
